The glowing band across the middle obeys a different physics every few seconds โ€” the next law is telegraphed inside it:

WAVE โ€” the ball delocalizes; where it re-appears is uncertain
TUNNEL โ€” the ball may blink forward through the field
ENTANGLE โ€” it splits into a mirrored pair; only one is real
UNCERTAINTY โ€” see its position, lose its momentum

How the physics works
Wave โ€” inside the band the ball spreads into a wave packet. The packet's envelope shows every place it could be; when it exits, it collapses to one point sampled from that envelope. Defend the whole spread, not the dot.

Tunnel โ€” the band acts as a barrier the ball can tunnel through: up to twice per crossing it may jump forward instantly, trailing afterimages. Stolen reaction time is the whole attack.

Entangle โ€” entering the band splits the ball into two mirrored twins joined by a correlation thread. At the far edge the pair is measured: one twin becomes real, the other dissolves. A 50/50 you can bluff with.

Uncertainty โ€” ฮ”xยทฮ”p has a floor. Inside the band you see the ball only as a probability cloud while its momentum takes random kicks, so its exit line is never quite the entry line.

The thin bar in the band counts down to the next law. Rallies speed the ball up; first to 7 takes the match.
